CSS in Mass Transit

Context Sensitive Solutions is not just for Rubber Corridors.  It's for any transportation project.  As we enter the 21st century, and into a more enlightened era of transportation and project design, we can not afford to NOT include the public into the new direction of transportation of alternative fuels, vehicle design, ITS and a robust mass transit system on par with any major global economic power.  Indeed to compete we must change directions.
